Accepting 50 Founding Members

Help us build the safety net
this industry never had.

We’re recruiting 50 creators to be the foundation of ContentCollective — a professional guild with real benefits, real governance, and a structure that can’t be sold out from under you.

The problem

You built a business.
Where’s your safety net?

No health insurance

Buying individual plans at –800/mo with high deductibles. No group rates. No employer to split costs.

No mental health support

High rates of stigma, isolation, and burnout. Zero institutional resources. Therapy at full retail price.

No legal protection

Content theft, DMCA violations, contract disputes. No affordable attorney. No templates. No recourse.

No collective voice

Platforms change rules unilaterally. Banks close your accounts. Payment processors drop you. Nobody fights for you.

The solution

A professional guild with real benefits.

Not a union. Not a management agency. Not a referral page. A membership platform where creators get the infrastructure that every other professional class takes for granted.

Health insurance navigation

Find and enroll in plans through our licensed broker partners. The insurer pays us a commission — you pay nothing extra.

Mental health services

Therapy at a $20 copay, up to 4 sessions per month. Negotiated bulk rates with telehealth platforms. The benefit that keeps you going.

Legal protection

Contract templates for brand deals and licensing. DMCA takedown service. Two attorney consults per year included.

Tax, bookkeeping & retirement

Partner-discounted tax prep and bookkeeping. 401(k) access with admin fees covered. Because your business deserves real financial infrastructure.

Democratic governance & advocacy

One member, one vote. Elect the Member Council. Shape benefit priorities. As membership grows, become the organized voice that platforms and legislators have to listen to.

Our commitment

Built so it can’t be sold out from under you.

Every platform you’ve been on could change the rules tomorrow. OnlyFans tried to ban adult content. Tumblr did. Payment processors drop creators without warning. Banks close accounts.

ContentCollective has a dual-entity structure: ContentCollective Inc. operates the platform. ContentCollective Guild — a 501(c)(6) trade association owned by members — governs the mission.

At 10,000 members, the company converts to steward ownership — legally purpose-locked so it can never be acquired and gutted. This isn’t a promise. It’s written into the founding documents.

Think Patagonia, not WeWork.

Founding members only

What you get for being first.

Locked-in pricing

Your founding rate never increases. Even as tiers and pricing evolve, you keep the price you signed up at. Forever.

Founding Member badge

Permanent recognition in the community. Everyone will know you were here from the start.

First Council eligibility

Run for the inaugural Member Council. Help write the governance charter. Shape the rules from day one.

Direct founder access

Monthly calls with Brandon during beta. No layers, no support tickets. Tell me what’s broken, what’s missing, what matters.

Feature priority voting

You decide what gets built next. Every sprint, founding members vote on feature priorities.

Shape the community

Help establish culture, norms, and community standards before the doors open wide. The first 50 set the tone for thousands.

What we ask

This isn’t passive membership.

Founding members help build this. That’s the deal — you get in early and get permanent perks, and in return you actively help us get it right.

1

2–3 hours per week during beta

Test features, report bugs, give honest feedback. You’re the quality filter before we open to everyone.

2

Brutal honesty

Tell us what’s broken, what’s confusing, and what’s missing. We can’t fix what we don’t know about. Polite silence helps nobody.

3

Diverse representation

We specifically need founders across OnlyFans, Fansly, Chaturbate, ManyVids, cam, clip, subscription, and hybrid models. Every platform. Every content type. Every experience level.

4

Help spread the word

When you’re ready (and only with your consent), help us reach the next wave. Your recommendation carries more weight than any ad we could run.

The long game

Where this goes.

50

Common questions

Is this a union?

No. Under US law, 1099 independent contractors can’t form a union for collective bargaining. ContentCollective is a professional guild — a 501(c)(6) trade association with democratic governance. You get real benefits and a real voice, structured in a way that’s legally sound for independent creators.

What does “steward ownership” mean?

At 10,000 members, the company converts to a steward-owned structure. This means it becomes purpose-locked — it can never be sold to someone who would gut the mission, raise prices predatorily, or abandon the community. Patagonia did something similar. It’s written into our founding documents, not just a promise.

How is this different from a management agency?

Management agencies take 20–50% of your earnings. We charge a flat monthly membership fee and never touch your creator income. We’re also member-governed — you vote on priorities, elect the council, and shape the platform. An agency works for itself. We work for you.

Do I need to be on a specific platform?

No. We serve creators across all platforms — OnlyFans, Fansly, Chaturbate, ManyVids, LoyalFans, Clips4Sale, cam sites, clip sites, subscription sites, and independents. If you create adult content and run it as a business, you belong here.

What’s the time commitment for founding members?

About 2–3 hours per week during beta. Test features, report bugs, give feedback, participate in community discussions. After beta, it’s your membership — use it however works for you. The founding perks (locked pricing, badge, council eligibility) are permanent.

50 spots. Then the door closes.

The founding cohort is limited. Once we have 50, we close applications and build together. The next round won’t have founding rates or council eligibility.
